OSHA 1910.1048 requires formaldehyde exposure records and related medical surveillance to be retained for 30 years after employment ends. PrepRoom enforces this with a database-level constraint — records cannot be deleted, only archived into cold storage. You never need to remember to save them. OSHA 1910.1048 requires periodic medical surveillance for employees exposed to formaldehyde above the action level. PrepRoom stores MEQ responses in a dedicated, isolated partition — separate S3 bucket, independent encryption key. Not even the funeral home director can read another employee's medical file. Only the designated physician-of-record and the employee themselves have access. This isolation is enforced at the infrastructure layer, not just the application layer.

Row-level security is enforced at the database layer — not just in application code. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). PrepRoom does not sell or share your data with any third party.

Yes. Cancel anytime from Account Settings → Billing. You keep full access through the end of your paid period — no cancellation fee. After cancellation you can export all records (programs, training logs, exposure records) as PDFs and CSV files. The 30-year retention obligation does not disappear when you cancel, so we make export easy.
